Moose Country!

Me and Tucker livin' it up on the moose super-highway. There were so many tracks and poops. Liz orienteered for us on the snowy day. Her fingers got really cold picking up all those scats...

Hi Moy, Your mom just sent me the link to your page. You look like you're having a lot of fun even if it's so much colder than the Bay Area. I envy the free helicopter rides! A little noisier than my childhood dreams of sky view prospective, but so amazing! The dogs are amazing! How long does it take to train one from a pup? See you soon, Auntie Cath

The good times are running a little low right now. I'm ready to get back home! The program rescues dogs from shelters and looks for really energetic, ball-driven ones that will do anything for the ball. It sometimes only takes a few weeks to train them to associate smelling a target species scat scent with the ball, and sometimes it takes months. The younger they are, the more you have to be patient with them to outgrow their puppy-ness.
